Tuesday's QBR...Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH

Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH by Robert C. O'Brien

This book was on my Fill in the Gaps list, so to read the review, you will need to click here.

But, for a true QBR: I can't wait to read it to the kids. I really thought it was  a good book.

I haven't read Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, but I remember lots of my students reading it when I was teaching. So it must be good...plus it's a Newberry, right?

Sharon, I hadn't read it either! Isn't that wild? I have always looked at the title and thought, "Hmm, story about rats and mice...no thanks." I read it because it was a Newbery. Can't always judge a book...
